May 2022 is an important moment for our company to remember. We grandly opened the new Battery Technology Center (BTC), which is like setting a new milestone in the journey of technological development.
The establishment of this battery technology center brings all-round upgrades and expansions. In terms of manufacturing space, it breaks the original limitations and provides unlimited possibilities for production activities with a wider space, just like injecting free and stretching vitality into our manufacturing process. And the 12 newly added dedicated battery R&D laboratories are like 12 shining technology stars, each carrying our dream of in-depth exploration of battery technology. These laboratories are equipped with the most advanced equipment, from high-precision testing instruments to intelligent simulation environment systems, creating an ideal world for scientific researchers to fully display their wisdom and help them continuously break through and innovate on the road of battery research and development.
At the same time, the new battery technology center also fully considers the development needs of the team, opening up more comfortable, spacious and fully functional office space for the growing team. The ergonomic office environment here creates a positive and innovative corporate culture where every employee feels a sense of belonging and creativity.
The new world-class facility is something we are very proud of. It opens the door to a higher level of battery technology development, giving us the ability to safely develop high-performance battery packs and modules. The battery pack voltage here can reach an impressive 800V, which is the result of countless experiments and technical breakthroughs. This new facility complements the recent renovation and expansion of our main production site. The renovation of the production site is like an old castle that has been carefully repaired and revitalized, revealing a modern and efficient atmosphere in every corner. The expansion is like adding new wings to the castle, greatly enhancing its size and functionality. The two complement each other and form a powerful synergy, giving us enough strength and confidence to undertake customized battery pack development projects of almost any complexity, whether it is the demand for high energy density or customization requirements for special shapes and sizes. We can respond calmly and provide customers with the highest quality and most innovative solutions.
The year 2020 was a milestone for our company, as we successfully completed the crucial first step in our self-reinvention. During this year, we inaugurated a brand-new, world-class manufacturing facility, which stands as a modern industrial landmark, representing our dedication and the most advanced manufacturing technologies. The completion of this facility was not just about the physical building, but also a tangible manifestation of our commitment to quality and efficiency.
At the same time, we undertook a large-scale expansion of our warehouse. This expansion was highly significant, adding up to 80,000 square feet (approximately 6,500 square meters) of valuable space. These additional spaces are dedicated to manufacturing and supply chain storage, providing a strong logistical backbone for our operations. With more room for raw materials and finished goods, we are now better equipped to respond to changes in market demand, ensuring we can provide our customers with higher quality

7S Management Process
Fully implement the 7S management, which includes Sorting (Seiri), Straightening (Seiton), Sweeping (Seiso), Standardizing (Seiketsu), Shitsuke (Discipline), Safety, and Saving. Distinguish between necessary and unnecessary items, rationally position and label items, regularly clean the work area, consolidate the achievements to form norms, cultivate employees’ discipline, ensure production safety, and save resources to reduce waste, thereby improving work efficiency and environmental quality.
ISO Certification
Optimize the quality management system in accordance with the ISO standards. From raw material procurement, production process setting to quality monitoring and employee training, strictly control each link to ensure the stability and consistency of product quality. And through the continuous improvement mechanism, adapt to the market and customers’ requirements to prepare for entering the international market.
UL Certification
Thoroughly study the UL certification standards and integrate them into the product design and production processes. From circuit design, material selection to process control, ensure that all meet the requirements. Cooperate with professional institutions to conduct comprehensive performance and safety tests on products, and promptly rectify any problems found to provide customers with high-quality products that meet international safety standards. Through these measures, the factory will improve in terms of management, quality and competitiveness, meet the customers’ needs, and ensure sustainable development.
